I am thrilled that you are here and look forward to helping you to achieve your personal health and fitness goals. 

To tell you a bit about myself, I am a certified personal trainer, certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Through NASM I have sub-specialty certifications as a senior fitness specialist, certified nutrition coach, and group fitness coach.

As a personal trainer, I choose to work with seniors 55 years of age and up. I enjoy helping them enhance quality of life by regaining or maintaining their activities of daily living. Having worked in both the hospital and clinic settings, I understand much about the health challenges seniors are facing and I have the training to help seniors like you achieve your fitness and nutritional goals. I look forward to helping you live your best life.
